During your initial visit, there are forms that must be signed before treatment (health history, consent to massage, cancelation policy, consent to electronically bill insurance) via online or in person. Then based on the treatment, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan, and outline next steps for your healing journey.

Yes, with your permission we can direct bill to all major insurance companies.
